Being one of the the pioneering exporters, our major thrust area continues to be coir and coir related products, we have diversified in a big way to PVC Tufted Coir Mats, Rubber products, Jute Products, Sea grass Products and Synthetic products. Aspinwall Pollachi factory, located near the Kerala- Tamil Nadu border is specialized in PVC Tufted Coir mats.

PVC TUFTING PLANT

We have got the most modern Turkish imported Tufting Machinery installed at Pollachi factory. The building itself is a unique construction not generally found in Coir industry. Apart from the Tufting activity, we perform all the value additions in-house. The major activities done in-house with our own most modern machineries are a) Shearing b) Trimming c) Bleaching d) Printing with a rotary semi automatic printing machine & a single head fully automatic printing machine. We also have specific arrangements for quality checks, packaging and container stuffing

Our factory is certified for ISO 9001-2008 and SA 8000 by Bureau Veritas. It may be noted with prime importance that we successfully perform the tufting with 100% Reach Compliance.
